Overview
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how YT Premium (ytpremium.io) handles information when you visit the site and use our tools. By using the site, you agree to
this policy.
What we collect
On our tool pages we collect nothing personal. We do not log or store the YouTube URLs you paste, and we do not keep the files you download or convert.
If you email us or use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message only so we can reply. We do not sell or share those details.
We also collect limited non-personal data automatically through analytics and advertising, described below.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to understand how the site is used, and to serve advertising. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some parts of the site may work differently if you do.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general traffic patterns, such as pages viewed, approximate location, and time on site. This data is aggregated and anonymous and
is not used to identify you personally.
Advertising and third parties
We display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. These partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
Google is one of these third-party vendors. Google uses advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your browsing.
You can learn how Google uses data and manage your ad settings at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising from many providers at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data.
United States (including California): Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page.
Europe and the United Kingdom: Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies (see Consent below).
Consent
For visitors in regions that require it (such as the EU, UK, and similar), we show a cookie consent banner and load advertising and non-essential cookies only after you agree. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the site.
How we use information
Contact submissions are used only to respond to you. Analytics data helps us improve the site. Advertising data is handled by our ad partners under their own policies. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing.
Data retention
We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Anonymous analytics data is retained for our analytics provider’s default window. We retain nothing from tool usage.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Updates are posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
